AutoGov’s Board of Directors has selected health and human services expert, Rose A. Hayden, as Chief Executive Officer effective today.
Hayden assumes the CEO role from founder, Gregg A. Phillips, who will remain as Chairman of the Board and head of AutoGov’s technology innovation and its expanding international operations. About Hayden, Phillips said, “Rose is the perfect choice to be AutoGov’s CEO. She brings both industry expertise and the focus necessary to drive the company during this period of significant growth. Her professional reputation and expertise is well recognized in the health and human services communities.”
AutoGov (http://autogov.com) has developed a risk scoring solution for use by both public and private sector providers of health and human services. The company’s solution will score more than 15 million applicants in 2010. The scores are derived from an exhaustive analytic review that helps AutoGov clients reduce risk in their business. “By extracting useful information from large data sets and providing tools to front-line case workers and managers, our technology allows our clients to manage risk before taking action,” said Hayden.
Hayden and Phillips have recently led a major transformation at AutoGov that saw the company move from a niche’ provider of public sector consulting services in the United States to a software company providing a technology platform for health and human services programs worldwide. Most recently, AutoGov’s platform was selected by the University of Miami’s Project Medishare and the Center for Disease Control to implement the software in Haiti’s central plateau.
Hayden’s career is marked by extraordinary success in Governor Bush’s Budget and Policy Office, the Texas Legislative Budget Board, and as Chief of Staff at the $50 billion Texas Health and Human Services Commission. She also built and managed her own successful consulting firm, RAH Consulting, prior to joining AutoGov.
AutoGov’s 14 plus years of delivering consistent quality services to its government and corporate clients is borne of the knowledge and experience of its leadership team. All of AutoGov’s principals have served at the highest levels in government and as executives in the private sector. The AutoGov team, their advice, and the solutions reflect decades of practical knowledge and experience. The company’s firm belief is that solutions for its clients must be affordable, practical, and harness technology to support day to day operations without major disruption or expense.
