AutoGov’s Board of Directors has selected health and human services expert, Rose A. Hayden, as Chief Executive Officer effective today.

Hayden assumes the CEO role from founder, Gregg A. Phillips, who will remain as Chairman of the Board and head of AutoGov’s technology innovation and its expanding international operations.
